"Should have a specific area for smokers away from the rooms. 2 people were smoking in front of our room so we could smell smoke all night"

"They were super friendly the staff , very helpful , respectfully of privacy, not very loud like in the city where you hear everyone yelling and screming like little children , But wwpere reasonable about pricing and not super anal on the room being left messy but no damage was done about the room so the late check out fee was definitely fees able and I would go there again while I am out here for sure"

"The fact I had to pay extra for my boyfriend was with me when I mentioned it hours before my check in arrival , and the extra fee for late check out when I advised them about it at about 8 am that same morning when check out is at 11 am unless spoken with a staff member. On payment plan , should still advise a customer at that time of the phone call staying to the customer that they will be charged a late check out fee if the payment isn't successful upon payment time and date , therefore how is one customer supposed to know or have any acknowledgement of the extra 80$ late check out fee that I didn't agree with at all"

"Breakfast was sufficient, coffee was good, drip coffee brewer in the room was a great surprise since I personally don't like k cups. location is a big plus especially in the warm months, so close to the lake and our favorite Mexican restaurant. Price cant be beat!!!"

"Not a lot of hotels/motels still use the metal key for the door. Over the last 13 years this was the first time for me. Requested a late check out till 12, got approved right after the booking, still got a knock on the door at 11. The room is veeery average. I would not stay again. Did not use the shower - the tub hole stunk like sewage. Had to cover it with bathmat. Breakfast was decent"
