"Appartement confortable et cosy bien situé à quelques minutes en voiture de Clermont-Ferrand et de ses activités. Une supérette se trouve à 5 minutes à pied pour acheter le nécessaire. L'accueil chaleureux et la disponibilité de Pascal sont très appréciables."

"The host was there greeting us with the keys and information about the property and amenities as well as information on attractions and restaurants in the city. Kitchen is well stocked; the apartment is light and spacious and the balcony a bonus. The location is in a quiet neighbourhood and the old city with its beach + harbour about 20 minutes walk through a beautiful park"

"Summer of 2025 as a family of 4, we were particularly impressed with the cleanliness and location of the apartment. The beds were comfortable and the shower was really good. We arrived by car, and although there is no private parking, there is a free parking lot half a minute walk away from the apartment (only on Thursday mornings it is blocked for a local market). Overall very pleasant stay, simple yet charming decoration and easy check-in/check-out."
