Bra parkering framför huset och vi fick ställa in cyklarna i garaget under huset. Fantastiskt fin utsikt. Nära Gamla staden. Nära supermarket och restauranger. Fina cykelvägar. We also want to highlight the hosts – they are incredibly friendly, always ready to help, and gave us very useful tips. Thanks to them, our stay was even more enjoyable. "The villa is lovely- the bed is huge and very comfy. The sofa bed on the living area was easy to use and also comfy. The kitchenette has two hobs which was helpful when cooking- there is also coffee machine, toaster etc. The balcony is spacious (although this may differ from apartment to apartment) with great view across the water- it made our stay 😍 The location in Puntamika is perfect- across from the beach with a beach bar. A short walk to other bars and restaurants, the Marina and a supermarket. It’s about a 40 minute walk to Zadar old town or 5-7euros in an uber. In the other direction you can walk all the way along the coast through the Punta- it’s lovely and the sunsets are amazing! The accommodation is great value when compared to other apartments/hotels in the area and the hosts are friendly and incredibly helpful (both prior to the stay and during)."

"Being able to see and hear the sea would be good enough, but the apartment is really nice and well located, even though it is far from the center. The neighborhood is very nice and you can take a pleasant walk to the center along the seafront. I recommend it. We were also very well received by the hostess."
