"Väldigt fint hotell med trevlig personal. Vi var ett gäng på 11 personer som hade 5 rum som låg intill varandra vilket vi inte förväntat oss. Frukosten var ok men inte den bästa. Lite tråkiga pålägg men vi åt oss mätta och va glada."

"The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of food. The tropical gardens around the hotel were beautiful and larger than any hotel gardens I have seen elsewhere in Asia and very well maintained. In particular we would like to mention Mr Tony Tong the Hospitality Manager who was very helpful advising us on excursions and sorting out a serious travel problem (0ne railway ticket booked instead of two!)"

I wish the restaurant area lighti g could be improved especially closer to the water...it would make a lovely evening entertainment area.

Restaurant waiters are useless, slow, just talking to each other. . Even if you are a guest at hotel they want you to pay for the huts. Hotel guests should get at least a free hour daily. There is no real beach seating for hotel guests to relax.

"Everything was amazing! The owners take great pride in their new property and hospitality. We felt super welcomed and honestly spoilt! The room was beautiful with proper linens, thick towels and a hot shower!! The food was delicious - we tried pretty much everything in the menu. Great variety and portions. Lovely place to hang and relax by the pool or take a kayak to the nearby village and mangroves. This was our favourite stay on a 6 week trip and recommend to anyone staying in the area!! All the best to these wonderful hosts!! Xo"

Wish we stayed longer.

"Just generally one of those special places that will stick in my memory forever. A collection of pretty little cabins by the beach surrounded by palm trees with hammocks slung between them for whiling away the days. With only the sounds of birds and waves. Where everyone just hangs out and chats, the staff, the other guests, the extremely interesting and gregarious owner Gregory (no pun intended). I could spend a week here just forgetting about the outside world. The various arrangements (airport transfer, transfer back to town, activities) all went smoothly as well. Which is my no means guaranteed in this part of the world."

Not much but if I went again I'd maybe pay a little more for the room with ensuite shower rather than sharing a communal shower with non locking door. Obviously this is budget accommodation in West Africa so it's of the rustic eco lodge variety rather than the western style hotel room variety in case anyone is expecting that.

"We got an upgrade to a big cottage for free that better suited our family needs. Stuff is friendly and nice."

"Vilket fantastiskt hotell, så lyxigt! Bra snorkling, bra mat, bra service och toppenbra rum. Underhållning på kvällarna. Atmosfären var fantastisk! Rekommenderas varmt! Egentligen behöver man inte lämna hotellkomplexet. Vi tog buss in till Grand Baie, bussarna går varje kvart."

"Very good location. They have a restaurant so you are covered for food (which is not necessarily easy to find in the island). Very nice diving and very good diving instructor (Amy). Beautiful sunrise in the company of cute property dogs."

室内の鍵がかからない所がある。バルコニーへの鍵も壊れてて開かない。外スリッパも準備されているのに。時期的なものもあるかも知れないけど、窓が虫ついてて汚れている。 近くにコンビニ等ないので、夕食はよく考えてから施設に向かいましょう。

"Staff are friendly and helpful, and our room was good. The environment is beautiful, and we love the Rossmund golf estate."

There seems to be a lack of management oversight, with some areas for improvement. For example, one of the bath mats which was in place in front of the shower had holes in it - which really shouldn't happen. And there is a need for a "refresh" of the the rooms.

"Beautiful view, with exceptional service. The staff is extremely friendly, makes a point of learning your name and providing the personal touch. A bit outside the busy Stone Town area, very close to the airport. Well priced."

The breakfast is a bit disappointing, would have loved a strong cup of coffee, but the rest of the menu is really enjoyable, and the great service more than makes up for the slightly under par breakfast.

"En fantastiskt fin anläggning. Det är högsta klass på allt. Alltifrån faciliteter, till frukosten. Vi var bara på genomresa och då funkar det att man bor vid en golfanläggning någon kilometer från motorvägen. För den som ska spela golf är det såklart helrätt, men ska man turista ett par dagar i Riga eller Jurmala bör man välja något som ligger inne i dessa städer."
