Skulle varit bra om dem hade något ställe med lättare middag att äta då man inte alltid ville ha någon större måltid.

The breakfast is a bit disappointing, would have loved a strong cup of coffee, but the rest of the menu is really enjoyable, and the great service more than makes up for the slightly under par breakfast.

You definitely need a car and we had difficulty hiring one.There was also no water on our last day. This is overcome by a back up system which needs to be turned on by staff who may not be on site till 10am

"The pool was amazing for my back and joints. The hot water is amazing. Rooms are nice and cosy, the ac was turned on most of the time because it was super cold outside. The staff were very friendly and kind. The location is quiet and the sunset and sunrise view were lovely. There is ample parking as well, that's a huge plus in my book."

"A very nice and clean room. It's newly renovated. It was -8°C outside during our vacation, so we didn't even always turn on the heating because the apartment was so warm. The room has all the necessary kitchen utensils (cutlery, dishes, scissors, a corkscrew) and bathroom essentials (combs, a hairdryer, and even feminine hygiene products). Location is good, it takes about 10-15 minutes to get to ski elevator No.1. The hotel proposes 20% discount at Zjaj. It was the cheapest one. Also the can wax and sharpen the renting board 👍🏻 The apartment complex is connected with spa center Mamababa, so you even don’t need to go outside"

The location is different with booking address. We were trying to find it about 1 hour. You have to put in maps “National restaurant”, the reception is located in the same building, but the left door. The room doesn’t have mountain view, you have the view to the main road and roof from the downstairs restaurant. Since the restaurant is downstairs it was noise some nights Spa complex is a little bit expensive - 5000 dinares per person, the hotel in 200 m propose prise 3000 dinares

Lägenheten ok, men området var väldigt nedgånget. Övergivna byggnader och lite ”öst-stat”.

Organised tours available for guests from tourist agencies, for self organised guests rent-a-car is the only option for sightseeing. Some facilities require better maintenance.

The breakfast was lovely giving us a delightful taste of Uzbekistani food. Easy access to Amirsoy mountains Charvac Reservoir, Chimgan and also eateries including grocery store in the surroundings of Chorvoq. Having your own transport will give the needed access for these quaint places and meeting the kindhearted locals."

Toilet inside hotel room had a cigarette smoke smell.

"The hotel is great and in an amazing location which is right inside the airport. Staff were polite and amazing, great buffet breakfast, there is mini zoo which had wildlife such as monkeys, crocodile, tortoise, parrot, ostriches, peacocks etc. The rooms and facilities was great and it was a great stay. They provided free shuttle to the airport which is a bonus."

The pool could do with a bit of cleaning.

Cold house in general! The room does not meet the standards of a 5-star hotel. The room was cold and the air conditioning was not working. There were no basic amenities provided (not to mention a toothbrush or other hygiene items). There was no bathrobe or slippers to use when going to the spa. The spa area was cold. The sauna was only turned on when we arrived at the spa area. The shower was damaged. The minibar/fridge was empty. There was no water or glasses in the room. The wardrobe and clothes hangers were of poor quality.
