We booked a regular room, and the hotel unexpectedly upgraded us to an apartment, where my husband and I had a wonderful time. A huge thank you to the hotel staff for such a sensitive and attentive approach to guests."
"A small drawback is that check-in is very late, starting at 2 p.m. If you have an early check-out, and you're staying for two days, you simply have to wait a long time to check in and take a shower."
