"Ficamos no hotel Cimenoglu devido a localização próximo da rodoviária de Denizli. É um dos mais próximos, fica a menos de 3 minutos de caminhada. A reserva foi feita todo pelo booking. Fomos muito bem atendidas na recepção e o processo foi bem tranquilo e rápido, apesar de termos chegado no meio da madrugada. O hotel é bem bonito e o quarto muito confortável. A cama macia e a limpeza excelente. Não chegamos a utilizar o café da manhã (saímos muito cedo) e outras áreas comuns. A equipe foi muito atenciosa e nos ajudou com as malas no “luggage room”. Custo adequado ao oferecido, vale a pena pelo conforto e segurança, bem como pela localização."

"O que poderia melhorar é que tive um pouco dificuldade em ser compreendida por uma das moças da recepção. Precisei traduzir do inglês para turco pelo aplicativo. Não chegou a ser um problema pois todos fizeram o máximo para ajudar e nos atender"

"Many thanks to the staff! The people at the reception were friendly and sociable. The room was small, but it wasn’t cramped for two people. It was clean, as it was cleaned every day. The towels were also changed daily. The toilet handle was broken, but it didn’t really bother us. The soundproofing in the hotel is very good — we could hear our neighbor’s TV :). The breakfasts were also quite good; we didn’t leave hungry. There were cucumbers, tomatoes, coffee, tea, bread, rolls, eggs, etc. What we especially liked was the value for money. I think staying at this hotel for a few nights would be very comfortable. It’s about a 10–15 minute walk to the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and Topkapi Palace."

"For this price one of the best hotels for short stay. Easy to find, small but clean room with kettle. Breakfast was without any choice, some cheese, vegetables and an egg, some bread and simit, small jam, but it was enough for feel good in the morning ) Good staff, thanks for help"

"The breakfast was fresh , good quality and served with a friendly smile every day. The staff were kindly and dealt with any request promptly. The weather was very hot, and they always made sure we had enough water to drink. It was great to have the natural mineral water in the bathroom. The room was a good size, comfortable and with a balcony. It’s an excellent location for the thermal baths, shops and restaurants, and just watching the world go by. We ended up extending our stay for an extra 4 nights because we felt comfortable and well-looked after. It is opposite the mosque so that’s a question of whether you like that sort of alarm clock, but we really enjoyed it and got used to it quickly. If you like your hotel cosy and friendly, stay here."

"Rummet var perfekt för en barnfamilj med två barn i åldern 6–7 år. Läget var ganska bra. Personalen var jättetrevlig – särskilt Ibrahim och Mohammed, som var mycket hjälpsamma och alltid frågade hur våra barn mådde. Från hotellet tog det cirka 10–15 minuters promenad till tågstationen, och därifrån kunde man enkelt ta sig till Europasidan eller vart som helst. Precis under hotellet så ligger det en cigköfte restaurang om du är vegetarian så måste du äta där, under våra 5 nätter så åt vi därifrån 3 gånger det var riktigt bra mat."

"We had a beautiful room with an amazing view of the blue mosque. We were celebrating a birthday so the team decorated the room with balloons in advance of our arrival and also presented us with a cake and a lovely hand signed card. It’s the little touches that make a place. Their concierge Cetin went above and beyond to book meyhanes for us as well as recommend other restaurants. We had a lovely stay here and if you are thinking of staying in the old city then this is the best place you can stay in."
