"You cannot really be much closer to Burj Khalifa. The place is busy, but clean and nice. It's worth the money as you save lots of time if you want to see the Fountain (5 minutes walk), Dubai Mall or visit the At The Top early morning (10-12 minutes). A little Spinney's grocery shop is nearby (2 minutes)."
