"The camp is very luxurious, big and clean tent, the set up is spectacular, the dunes are just in front of the camp. We were a family with a small kid and the place was very accommodating, the staff very nice. We have been served with so much food! The driver who takes you for tours in a 4x4 are very very nice , and the tours are really worthy!"

"We chose buellsPort as the first stop on our Namibia round trip and really enjoyed it. We didn’t expect too much but really loved the food. Both nights we got served a multi-course home cooked meal utilising game meat and local vegetables. The private hiking paths are really well maintained and set in a beautiful landscape. We also enjoyed the drive towards sossusvlei from buellsport which is in much better condition than the standard tourist route."

Owners not there so being run by backpackers/chef - meant little things were missed. Boat to get there is very overpriced.

Städningen i hundrummet var dålig. På 4 dagar städades det 1 gång. Vi fick inte ens en extra handduk eller en vattenskål åt hundarna, men de tog betalt 15€/natt/hund.

It's a bit far from city center and from restaurants, so few options for vegetarians like me.

The road

"Convenient bungalows, well equipped. Breakfast was good. During the night it was silent."

Daytime is noisy due to the fact, that the hotel is close to the street.

"Vi var mycket nöjda med vår semester. Vi fick en uppgradering till ett större rum med poolutsikt, vilket vi verkligen uppskattade. Personalen var hjälpsam och såg hela tiden till att vi kände oss väl omhändertagna. Våra barn trivdes utmärkt i vattenleklandet och den roliga bläckfiskrutschkanan, vilket gjorde att vi föräldrar kunde koppla av och njuta av lugnet. Det fanns även en lekplats där barnen kunde leka på kvällarna, vilket var ett stort plus. Däremot hade den gärna fått vara lite mer uppdaterad och moderniserad."

"It really has everything. Lakeside views, water activities, own kitchen and great staff. Abu himself is the coolest little dude."

"La ubicacion es fantastica, increible ver el cielo con un sinfin de estrellas. Muy amable tambien el dueño y lo mejor es que el check out es despues de las 10."

Lo unico es un poco dificil el acceso con el auto si te tocan los glamping de mas arriba, sugeriria marcar mejor los caminos y cortar un poco las plantas de los costados, igual se entiende que este así para darle un aspecto mas natural, pero se complica a la hora de manejar.

"Chalet was cozy, warm, nice. Exceptional for couples. Wood gave a warm atmosphere. Fantastic details using wood."

I requested additional decoration, but it was very basic.

Minor point, but bare of any condiments in kitchen which would be useful for short stay eg salt, washing up liquid/sponge

"The privacy of the casita. Lots of space to relax, quiet with spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. We felt safe within the compound of the resort. The back-garden was lovely and perfect place to enjoy breakfasts and evening meals."

Pillows were very stiff and hard, but you could ask the management office to change. Would be great if they could install a couple vending machines on site.
