"Hotellet är trevligt med bra rum med liten köksdel. Det gör att man kan fixa lite mat själv utan att alltid behöva gå iväg. Personalen är trevlig och hjälpsam. Hotellet ligger nära buss och tunnelbana, så det är enkelt att resa överallt."

Rummen skulle kunna göras lite mer praktiska och mysiga, så att det verkligen känns som ett "second home". Lite slitet men väldigt rent och fint överallt.

It is a little way from the main part of town and at the bottom of a very steep hill!

"The apartment was stocked with many basic food items: Bread, butter, margarine, tea, instant coffee, salt, pepper, sugar, juice, milk, coke, and snacks, to the best of my memory. This was essential because we arrived at 3:00 AM and had to be ready for a tour at 6:00 AM. Also, some of that is expensive to buy when you must leave it behind if you are only there a few days. We liked that there was a security guard there and the building and area felt safe. Laundry facilities."

Luftkonditioneringen fungerade dåligt, det hade varit problem om det var varmare under vår vistelse. Det var också en del svartmyror i hallen.

Limited places to put clothes. Couldn’t work the outside blinds to shut out the street lights. Limited on street parking

"Very clean and spacious in a quiet neighbourhood. 10 mins to a little beach and 25 mins walk to the old center. Johnny is very welcoming and speaks excellent English and Dutch amongst other languages. He arranged airport transfers and transfers to Cidade Velha which all went smoothly. There is a cafe and few restaurants round the corner and a pretty restaurant by the beach."

No shops within 15 min walk, the only restaurant was closed.

"Allt var enastående! Bemötande, personalen, frukosten, städet, rummen, sängen, wifi, lugnt och skönt, varmvatten, interiör- finns ingenting att anmärka negativt på. Har bott på så många ställen i Las terrenas och detta är helt klart bäst!!"

Möjligt lite svårt att förflytta sig snabbt och enkelt till fots. Men det framgår i deras beskrivning så det visste jag att det låg lite utanför.

"I've stayed at this place for over 20 years and it has always been reliable. It is clean, quiet, and safe. This is not luxury of course and the furniture might be from a few generations ago but it is practical and very very clean. There is a small kitchen to allow you to make coffee and other small dishes. For the price it is an excellent choice and the location is superb."

It would be nice if it would be able to heat the room a little bit more. Traditional places in Lima tend to not bother much with heating or air conditioning because the temperature usually stays the same at around the 60s

It is quite far away from the city but the Luas makes it very easy to get there, so it is really ok as a location. There is not much around, but the supermarket is close and some food-places too.

Det som drog ned på betyget var att det var oerhört dammigt på TV-hyllan i sovrummet. Kan ej ha blivit dammtorkat sedan huset byggdes. Väldigt varmt i lägenheten . Gick ej att reglera värmen eller öppna vissa fönster.
