The location is perfect,the sea is practically across the road, making it incredibly easy and convenient to access. The apartment is on the first floor and is very spacious, featuring a large interior balcony that adds extra comfort and relaxation space. It is fully equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The shower is excellent, with great water pressure and consistent hot water. There is direct access to the street, which connects very easily to the beach area. Everything feels close and accessible. The owner is very positive, friendly, and helpful, making the whole experience even better. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay near the sea!"

The apartment is located in a gated, green estate, so there is pleasant shade and peace away from the cars on the street. There is a car parking in front of the apartment. The apartment has a traditional, not‑the‑most‑modern vibe — it depends on what you like. It is very well equiped - towels, blankets, hair dryer, mosquito nets, dishes etc."

The location in Lin is perfect, quiet, scenic, and right by the lake. The hosts were extremely kind and welcoming, making us feel at home from the first moment. The room was very clean, cozy, and nicely decorated. Everything was well thought out, and you can really feel the care put into the place. A truly relaxing and authentic stay, highly recommended!"

"Fantastiska värdar. Väldigt rent o fina lägenheter, alla med balkonger o bra ac. Köp till hemlagad frukost med värdinans nygjorda focaccia, marmelader, kakor mm mm som du står dig halva dagen på. Personligt och finaste huset i Orikum. Fin strand nära där solstolarna kostar nästan gratis. Rekommenderas varmt!!"

"What a great place. Really warm welcome on our arrival, great communication before and during our stay with our host. The guest house has a very relaxed feel about it. Whilst maybe not “luxury” it is extremely comfortable and the communal seating area is a fantastic place to relax and enjoy the view. Dinner was superb, freshly prepared food by our host. We were only able to stay the one night as travelling through on our bikes but can recommend and hope to be back one day."
