"We had such a lovely stay. The team was incredibly warm and welcoming, huge thanks to Sarkes, Spartak, and everyone else for making us feel at home. The lake views are absolutely beautiful, and the bungalow stays warm and cozy even at night. Thank you for the hospitality and the great memories ❤️"

"Great facilities on the lakefront, they had a Sauna available to book and nice food delivered to your cabin. Accommodation feels very modern and clean, we were able to use a taxi app to get a driver to take us to the peninsula to see the local sites nearby very easily."
"The access road to the property is gravel and not very developed but don‘t let that put you off you can just drive down slowly and there is a sign for the property. We also told the hosts our arrival time and someone met us at the front. For English translations we communicated with the manger online via booking who was very prompt in responding."

"The heating goes on at 22H, which makes the evening very cold. Once the staff leaves there is nobody from security who speaks English. The food was below average in size and taste for normal restaurants asking prices."

"The view from our bungalow directly onto the lake was beautiful. The manager takes good care of his guests. Upon arrival, we were able to choose our dinner for the evening from an extensive menu. The trout with side dishes was delicious, and the breakfast in the morning was also great—the best we had on our trip through Armenia. We would stay here again anytime. Many thanks to Albert and his wonderful team!"
