Heated Pool, jacuzzi, sauna to relax. A bit far from the centre if you want to walk. Taking a taxi cost nearly nothing. if i visit Yerevan again definitely i will stay here."

I was admiring the mountains and forests. The flat is calm, quiet, tidy, clean and the bed was comfortable. Supermarkets are across the street. You can walk from the flat to the mountains. It is perfect."
