"Location was fabulous, just down the road from the Presidential Palace although the road is a little unkempt. An easy walk into the town for restaurants and the main market centre. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great outside relaxing bar / restaurant."

Taxis do not like to drive to the Hotel as the road is not great and has some big ruts at the town end, leaving you with the choice of a short walk or paying more. It's about a 400 yard walk and not hard or dangerous.

The air-conditioning system was not working properly but it was running. They should have provided drinking water bottles.

Перебування в апартаметах було доволі комфортним. Власники апартаментів також є вланиками ресторану на першому поверсі. Вони дуже допомогали нам вирішувати всі наші проблеми та побажання."

Інвертар на кухні недостатній або за великим рахунком віджив своє та потребує оновлення.

"We were warmly welcomed by the owner of the property - we felt right at home. He was very keen to host and you could really tell this in the way he interacted with us. Communication prior to our arrival was also very informative and friendly. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The bed was amazing. So comfortable. The room and bathroom were clean and small touches around the room were cozy and well thought out. The surroundings are peaceful and our night stay was exactly what we needed after a big hike that day. Great for relaxation."

The hot water doesn’t last for very long but the water pressure is super good!

"A small hostel-style place. It's located on a fair distance to public transports, restaurants, shops, as well as the beach. The hosts were friendly and helpful. We liked the style of the whole place. Unfortuneately, we had a bad experience one of the nights with another guest, but this had nothing to do with the hosts or the hostel itself, and the hosts were quick to act and made sure that guest had to leave the next day. The hosts even offered us to compensate us, even if the incident wasn't their fault at all. So a big thank you to host Layla and her husband!"

The area around the hostel can be considered a bit rough. Otherwise I have no complaints at all - as I said, the incident had nothing to do with the hostel itself and the host acted very professional to prevent it from happening again.

"Bra område! Trevlig lägenhet! Trevlig personal! Nära till mataffär, frukost-kafé och spårvagn. Lägenheten var större än vi förväntat oss, det var bara ett rum som innehöll både sovrum och kök men det var gott om plats även för en extra säng förutom dubbelsängen."

Ugnen var obegriplig så den kunde vi inte använda tyvärr. Golvfläkten som fanns i rummet var trasig och blev inte lagad eller utbytt under vår vistelse (trots att vi pratade med personalen om det).

"Nära till färjeterminalen. Möjlighet till både frukost och kvällsmat. Trevlig personal, stället var rent och fint."

Jag bodde i ett rum med delat badrum och kök. Någon tände ljuset mitt i natten som lyste upp mitt sovrum och gjorde det svårt att sova en av nätterna. Detta var rummet mot köket, det andra sovrummet hade inte detta bekymmer.

"A fantastic find! Good location in tropical countryside just outside of Batumi near to the Botanical gardens. Facilities perfect. Good sized rooms and lovely pool. Faultless! Diana and Casto were the perfect hosts and very family orientated. We had a medical emergency and they went above and beyond to help us in a difficult situation."

Set in a very pleasant square with a number of good restaurants, well-located for the historic centre and the destinations up the valley. 30 minute pleasant walk to the cable car."

"Helt fantastiskt boende i all sin enkelhet. Värdinnan var otroligt trevlig och service-minded och trots att hon inte kunde någon engelska (och vår tyska närmast obefintlig) lyckades vi göra varandra förstådda av ren välvilja. En större gästvänlighet får man leta efter. Bra sängar och en bonus med två balkonger. Bra och varierad frukostbuffé. Prisvänligt."

"The place is wonderful! Spacious, very clean, and well-maintained. The area is beautiful and quiet, with all shops very close by. The hosting family is so kind, and we truly felt at home. The neighbors in the neighborhood are also very friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more pleasant. The garden and outdoor space are just perfect. There is also a dining hall and a fully equipped kitchen that we used for a barbecue, plus bathrooms available on the ground floor near the kitchen and dining area. Everything was simply perfect and made our vacation safe and amazing. A big thank you for the warm hospitality!"
