Lägenhetshotell i Moçambique

"Helt fantastiskt boende i all sin enkelhet. Värdinnan var otroligt trevlig och service-minded och trots att hon inte kunde någon engelska (och vår tyska närmast obefintlig) lyckades vi göra varandra förstådda av ren välvilja. En större gästvänlighet får man leta efter. Bra sängar och en bonus med två balkonger. Bra och varierad frukostbuffé. Prisvänligt."

Can't complain. It was very good.

"We had a family room with a kitchen (all utensils included), which I highly recommend. The beds also had comfortable mattresses, fast internet, and adequate hot water. Breakfast is included in the price, including an omelet, salad, bread, and tea/coffee. Supermarkets and restaurants are within walking distance."

The hotel is a bit tired and its age is evident. Our room also lacked a desk, forcing us to go down to reception to work on our laptop. After preparing a hot meal, we were forced to eat sitting on the bed, which was quite uncomfortable. But all these downsides are outweighed by the more significant advantages described above.

Jag bodde i ett rum med delat badrum och kök. Någon tände ljuset mitt i natten som lyste upp mitt sovrum och gjorde det svårt att sova en av nätterna. Detta var rummet mot köket, det andra sovrummet hade inte detta bekymmer.

"Mycket bra läge precis på stranden enkla rum men i god paritet för kostnaden. Maten var mycket god och personalen i köket och restaurangen var mycket trevliga. Frukosten kunde vara bättre. Receptionen var mer sviktande vad gäller service."

"Very nice apartment in a quiet place with a beautiful view of nature with good air, good instructions on how to get to the apartment, very convenient with an electric lock with a code. Nearby is the Moldovan embassy, two steps away (for those who care). I recommend!"

"Good location for Front Beach. Many restaurants and cafes close by. Comfortable beds, good Aircon, strong WiFi. Quiet street. Friendly staff."

"This is not an ordinary tourist trap place - beautiful hotel with stunning view from the room and terrace, surrounded by wild nature. The road to the parking is a bitnarrow as you drive through an authentic village but nothng dramatic for an ordinary driver. The hotel is a bit older, but everything is perfectly clean and working in order. All you need you can find in the apartment + fully equipped kitchen. Very warm welcome on reception just wraps up the experience. The stay reminded me of old times in grandparents house deep in forrests, amazing experience!"

"everything was just perfect and the stuff was super amazing people like Tima, Cecilia and Fanya also the chef, was my first time being in Mozambique and I was lucky to choose 40/40 accomodation for my stayand it motivated me to come back again that side spends my holidays."

Network was poor but I can't blame the guesthouse it's was also everywhere I went in Mozambique.

"Quiet neighbourhood but not secluded. Close to Blue Bay, very close to Kokomo Beach for great snorkelling early in the day, and the flamingo habitat was always fun to check out. Grocery store was a 5 minute drive away. Many restaurant choices a short drive away. 10-15 mins from downtown Willemstad, with plenty of parking near the Fort. Ed was a wonderful host! And the private pool at the end of a long hot day was a blessing."

Could not find coffee filters for the coffee machine in any store…:)

The cleaning of the room should be more thorough, can still see alot of dust at the 2 side pillars inside the room. The living room table top wasn't clean and wiped daily as can still see stains after housekeeping. Ahld provide washing sponge if cooking is allow.

"Bra område! Trevlig lägenhet! Trevlig personal! Nära till mataffär, frukost-kafé och spårvagn. Lägenheten var större än vi förväntat oss, det var bara ett rum som innehöll både sovrum och kök men det var gott om plats även för en extra säng förutom dubbelsängen."

Ugnen var obegriplig så den kunde vi inte använda tyvärr. Golvfläkten som fanns i rummet var trasig och blev inte lagad eller utbytt under vår vistelse (trots att vi pratade med personalen om det).

Breakfast could do with a revamp.

"Mona was exceptionally helpful and communicated clearly to get me settled in. The room was spotlessly clean and the maid service kept it in excellent shape. The staff at the building were friendly and helpful, especially security who looked after our car,"

It is a little hard to find and it might not be a bad idea to have some instructions in thai for the driver, we spent a while locating it. Once found it was easy enough to find again.

The AC in the bedroom was too noisy. And i hope they will fix the elevator soon.

"The Apartment was very comfortable, warm, nicely equipped and has everything you need. It is quiet, the beds are comfortable with two nice bedrooms and dark curtains, so you can sleep very well. It even has a small balcony."

It is quite far away from the city but the Luas makes it very easy to get there, so it is really ok as a location. There is not much around, but the supermarket is close and some food-places too.
