"The comfort, accessibility and ease of the accommodation."

On my last sleep of the week I was disturbed by the above resident, moving furniture and banging in the early hours of my departure day. Also just before 3am, being woken up by my TV having it on a different channel to what I had when I turned it off before going to bed believing someone had trespassed into the property and the thought of my belongings being stolen.

Fläkten i köket fungerade inte

"Apartamento totalmente remodelado, tem uma óptima localização mesmo perto da praia. A cozinha está bem equipada. A chave tem que se ir buscar ao café “Amadeu” onde o Sr. que nos recebeu foi bastante simpático e atencioso."

A limpeza podia ser melhor.

Det var otroligt mycket ljud utanför på gatan, och eftersom det var helg höll det på hela natten. Sov inte en blund. Boendet luktade tyvärr lite rök som man försökt vädra bort. Det kändes också som att det saknade lite utrustning i form av tillräckligt med glas och bestick mm. Sist men inte minst, så står det att frukost ingår. OBS! Den är väldigt enkel, och den levereras på rummet, alltså ingen frukostbuffé som vi tänkte oss.

"The hosts met us upon arrival and explained the house to us. They were very friendly and couldn't have been more accommodating, going that extra mile to make what was an already fabulous trip even more memorable. Having a private garden added to the experience. We really enjoyed our stay here."

There wasn't any aspect we could criticise.

A bit of coordination initially to get to the property due to the road, but the owner was wonderful at making it easy, and other taxis had no problem getting there after my initial attempt.

"A very nice and well equipped apartment on the 8th floor. The young lady who represented the owners was very helpful and nice about everything. The lady who was responsible for cleaning did a superb job."

As I have a problem with a leg I wrote the owners beforehand to be assured that access to the apartment was easy and was informed that it was, however, when we arrived it turned out that we first had to access one building and take a lift four floors and then walk a bit to access the building with the apartment. It should also be mentioned that there was a problem with the lock on the door leading out to the street, and it was often difficult to open from the outside. For the first three nights we were assigned an other apartment one floor below that was not up to standard at all. We were, however granted a discount for the inconvenience. We had not been informed about this beforehand. The television in the apartment did not work, and was not fixed during our stay. The apartment was on the eight floor and there was no sign for emergency exit on the floor. The owners lived in Italy and all contact with them was through the young lady representing them in Mindelo.

Elinstallationer välgenomtänkta men ljuskällor dåliga och sänglampor ur funktion. Wifi ur funktion 2 ggr under 5-dagars vistelse. Mikro saknas och dåligt med köksredskap.

"Our whole family loved this place. The garden setting is beautiful and very well maintained, and the kids absolutely loved the pool — it was a real highlight for them. The location is superb: close to the beach and right by the marine reserve, which made for some of the best snorkelling we experienced. A fantastic spot for a relaxed family stay."

the shower was a little small for my husband that is a big man, and the water spill out of the shower but I was fine

"Fantastiskt läge, varmt välkomnande av deras trevlig personal och ägare. Deras egna restaurang var den bästa vi åt på under våra 3 veckor i Karibien (Tobago & Antigua). Judhas yoga var fantastisk🙏🏽 Tack!!! Castara som by är underbart laid back - precis den sköna viben vi letade efter. Skulle gärna återkomma med hela familjen till Tobago, Castara & Castara Retreat - we just love you!!!❤️"

"Emplacement ideal proche plage et commerces tres propre intervention tres rapide selon notre reclamation"

literie pas confortable parking peu de places et les residents nous ont chassés... trop chaud dans espace séjour , manque climatisation et fenetres

"The best location, I enjoy every moment I did really feel like I was at home. The owner don't humbug at you at all you don't even know is around. We had a Wi-Fi outage and he a sent digi 3 day plan to all his Tenants.."

Needed more kitchen utensils

"I liked that there is a keypad at the door and the code was sent to me before arrival. The location is superb. An amazing ocean view. A quiet place to retreat to at end of day. Highly recommended. I'll be back. The host Petran is easily a 10!! Very kind and accommodating."

"This is my second time staying at Mei Place and it’s been an absolute pleasure. The staff is super sweet, the rooms are cleaned every day. It’s very spacious and has a beautiful garden and rooftop with a pool. There’s even room to store food and drinks in the fridges and depending on which accommodation you book there’s even kitchens that you can use. It’s also located close to nyali center and the beach and a lot of nice restaurants! Well worth the price and I’d always recommend staying here."

"Stort rum, tillgång till kyl, micro och spis. Plus tvättmaskin var bra. Mycket bra frukost. Positiv och trevlig personal. Fri Wi-Fi som fungerade utan problem."

Air-conditioning var avstängd eftersom det var "vinter". Fast vi hade plus 25 grader ute i november och 28 grader på rummet. Blev lite bättre när det blev kallare, och vi fick en fläkt. Men A/C hade varit skönt.

"A tastefully furnished hotel with very kind and friendly owners who do their best to make your stay as pleasant as possible, even in challenging conditions. The restaurant is beautifully designed and very welcoming. The room is simple but has everything you need. Good location, close to Volo Volo!"

"I loved the resort, everyone is nice, food was good and good service, room was cleaned daily, had a one bedroom and it was spacious and comfortable. Pool were beautiful. Location was ok, shuttle to beaches which is a great touch, 25 min to palm downtown or 13$ cab. Safe! Would return"

I would have liked if they separate the kids from the pool bar area to the other pool .

"Evin konumu cok iyi, genel anlamda yalniz ya da çift olarak seyahat edenler için iyi bir seçim olacaktır. Popüler olan bazi yerler (kok pazar, zenkov katedrali.vs) yürüme mesafesinde"

Ben olsaydım evin içine biraz tadilat yapardım.😊
