Me sorprendio que haciendo la reserva para dos personas solo incluyera desayuno para uno y si el otro queria tenia que pagarlo. Nunca habia vivido una situacion igual

"Good, secured apartment at a strategic location. The host was very responsive and helpful. The apartment is just behind the ANZ/UN building opposite to SINU Marine Campus. It is conveniently located near a good coffee shop (Coffee Bar), grocery stores, and restaurants. Free internet and laundry facilities were big pluses."

Access and mobility to upper floors can be a challenge, especially with heavy luggages.

The amenities listing was incorrect for kitchenware. There was only 2 cups which to us did not equate to kitchenware. We booked an apartment with a kitchenette due to my food intolerances and needing to self cater. We did get some by asking.

"This is my second time staying at Mei Place and it’s been an absolute pleasure. The staff is super sweet, the rooms are cleaned every day. It’s very spacious and has a beautiful garden and rooftop with a pool. There’s even room to store food and drinks in the fridges and depending on which accommodation you book there’s even kitchens that you can use. It’s also located close to nyali center and the beach and a lot of nice restaurants! Well worth the price and I’d always recommend staying here."

"Very good value apartment sooo close to the gondola. Very comfortable for the two of us. We were able to extend our stay by an extra night to take advantage of great skiing conditions rather than leaving the room and packing up our stuff. Dominic was super helpful and efficient in organising this for us. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it. Televisions in both lounge and bedroom and large ones too. Parking though it costs each day is a bonus - parking underground when cars were getting buried in the snow outside was fab! Looking at the prices of other places whilst Encamp is not the most buzzing place this aparthotel is definitely value for money."

Our room had a very small kitchenette as the stairs took away part of the apartment so would choose a different apartment next time. Not a criticism but an addition to what would be helpful to guests include: hooks on doors as the only hooks were in the bathroom and we really needed to hang up our wet ski gear! Also some notes advising guests of facilities eg how the rubbish system works with the different coloured bags and bins and if staying for a few days the rubbish containers in the apartment are too small, maybe a little more cutlery would be nice. Aparthotel can't do anything about it but please manager be aware that the police are starting to man the traffic very early and like blowing their whistles all the time from about 7.30!

It is cheap (around 7€ per night), very clean, modern, the beds in the dormitory are very good, and most of all, the hosts are super nice. Yuka and her family made us feel really welcome, and Yuka is super funny. After 1 week there it felt like home. I definitely recommend this place !"

"I loved the resort, everyone is nice, food was good and good service, room was cleaned daily, had a one bedroom and it was spacious and comfortable. Pool were beautiful. Location was ok, shuttle to beaches which is a great touch, 25 min to palm downtown or 13$ cab. Safe! Would return"

I would have liked if they separate the kids from the pool bar area to the other pool .

"Väldigt centralt! Gångavstånd till stadens centrum, många sevärdheter, restauranger och butiker. Lugnt område, inga störande ljud."

Elinstallationer välgenomtänkta men ljuskällor dåliga och sänglampor ur funktion. Wifi ur funktion 2 ggr under 5-dagars vistelse. Mikro saknas och dåligt med köksredskap.

Absolutely nothing that I didn't like

"Decent apartment, location very good, near to beaches and tennis courts, ideal for those with bikes like us especially. Grocery store not far away on site - this one is quite expensive so would advise shopping at Spar or Lidl which are a 12 minute drive away. Soar has a good selection of cooked food so you can buy meals there quite cheaply to save time. Atmosphere on the site is nice, and no problems with noisy guests. 2nd year in a row staying there, hopefully will return again."

The properties never have enough electrical sockets, so bring an extension cable or you’ll have problems charging phones etc.

"Absolutely lovely property! The staff cannot do enough for you! Friendly and go out of their way to help you. Great location 10 minute walk from rockley beach and right by many places to eat. I felt safe as a solo female in the property. It was also quiet and the pool was well maintained."

The location is superb: close to the beach and right by the marine reserve, which made for some of the best snorkelling we experienced. A fantastic spot for a relaxed family stay."
