Tatjana went above and beyond: taking the time to help us navigate the city, sharing great tips on where to eat and what to see, and even introducing us to local culture. Her warm hospitality made us feel genuinely cared for and welcomed. We could not have hoped for a better stay or a more attentive host. The location is also incredibly convenient, making it a strategic spot to discover Sarajevo! The managing of the hotel changed hands not so long ago, so if it happens that you find something that for whatever reason does not match your expectations, just don't be shy to ask and you'll get it fixed quite fast!"
