"I am very pleased with my stay and I don't know where such poor opinions came from. I had a clean room, cleaned every day and towels changed. The hotel staff was very helpful and check-in took 5 minutes. Maybe 5 stars is too much for this hotel but the quality to price ratio is also very good."

"1) Management needs to restrict mobile phone camera use at the swimming pool. There should be a particular time when no mobile phone or cameras should be allowed and a particular time when people will be allowed with mobile phone camera. My wife and I were swimming in the pool, and few young kids took our photos without asking. We didn't like the fact, and I'm sure everyone will feel uncomfortable in an event like this. So, management, please think about this if you want overseas visitors to come to your hotel. 2) Room service denied servicing hot beverage (tea or coffee) during our stay 11dec to 14 dec 3:30am. I know it's an odd time, but the hotel said 24 hours of room service."
