Hotel Recour

"Hotellet och värdinnan var fantastiskt. Underbara rum och väldigt god frukost. Jag kommer definitivt att bo här igen om jag är i trakten."

"Allt var mycket bra."

"Their kindness, sadly my wife took ill (nothing to do with hotel) and had to be hospitalized so we did not in truth experience the hotel as we should have. On the positive side it means we shall have to visit again."

"Nothing that we didn’t like about the property I would have liked a kettle in the room as I only drink English tea"

"Location (not too far from channel crossing), secure parking, ambiance."

"An unusual property dating from 1700, beautifully maintained. Everything is incredibly old but in very good condition."

"No shower and impractical bathroom with limited surface area for your bits and pieces. That said it was immaculate and authentic."

"The owner was enchanting and made us feel very welcome. It was in walking distance of some very good restaurants. We mustn’t forget the excellent dinner that we had at the hotel restaurant Pegasus. All in all a great experience."

"The welcome was great. We enjoyed an upgrade to a very spacious room with a large bathroom. The continental breakfast was excellent. Parking is easy on the premises or on a public parking space right next to the hotel."

"The TV set was a little small for the room."

"Style, character, location and staff; all wonderful."

"The room was amazing. We were upgraded which was nice.Had a terrace, a huge bed and glamorous en suite. Didn’t realise the hotel had so many other guests as it was lovely and peaceful. Plenty of good restaurants a stones throw away. Breakfast in hotel amazing, great quality and choice. Interesting town to wander around and parking right next to the hotel. The whole hotel had a luxurious feel and great design"

"The glass doors of the en suite were modern but don’t like the fact the toilet was visible from the bedroom. Didn’t quite understand the hot options for breakfast, maybe have a menu to order from."
