"Allt var som det ska, välstädad, god mat och personerna där var sociala och omtänksamma. De var en man och en kvinna som hjälpte till och de hade alltid ett leende på läpparna. Helt enkelt en gästvänlig familj. Donika var en trevlig och glad tjej som hjälpte alltid med något dessutom fick jag en kaka och dricka och kaffe utan extra kostnader."

"A late evening arrival at the airport so I wanted somewhere close to get much-needed sleep before joining an organised group the next day. This was perfect, and Emilie a great host who picked me up from the airport (for a small fee)."

"Easy communication with the owner. The room is relatively small in comparison to the other accommodations, but not a big deal, it's a traditional house. Overall we enjoyed our stay and we definitely recommend for 1-2 nights."

The acces road is quite steep and parking might be challenging. Quite a lot of mosquitos during the night.

Direkt insyn i rummet från vägen utanför, saknade tunna gardiner att dra för då det saknades lampor i rummet.

"Kan starkt rekommendera detta boende. Bekväma rum, välstädat och bästa personalen. Serge och Farida är välkomnande och Farida Lodge har en familjär stämning. Förutom rummet har boende tillgång till kylskåp och en veranda som är perfekt att koppla av på."

"This place and it's owner offer truly valuable experience, it is very quiet, clean and comfortable. Very close to the nature, snorkeling beach, horses. Owner is very communicative, helpful, open-minded person. I can highly recommend the breakfast. If you don't like all inclusive monsters and want to place that has 'soul' it is for you. We'd love to get back to this place."

"Det var så mysigt. Huset är ett vackert patricier hus som kändes så bra och välkomnande att komma in i. Fina, stora rum och fräscha välstädade badrum. Härligt kök som var mycket välutrustat och vår Familj samlades gärna runt matbordet. Vi fixade frukost själva men det var ändå väldigt generöst med olika kaffesorter, teeer, sylt etc.i köket. Och inte att förglömma, det är praktiskt att kunna promenera till Gamla stan! Och slutligen, Wi-Fi funkade utmärkt."

There’s no full kitchen available — just a small area with a microwave and an icebox. But considering the cost, it’s still a good deal.

"Excellent location right on the ski slope and very friendly hosts. The accommodation is extremely clean and well-maintained. The breakfast is excellent. WiFi works well, and the property has a ski storage room. Fantastic value for money."

"Very large comfortable room, clean and nice, kitchen available. Proprietor was very kind and helped me when I didn't manage to open the door."

Entrance is hard to find, I first thought I was in the wrong place.

"The hotel is really cute and the breakfast is good. They’ve really cute dogs that brings a more special energy. The location is great as well."

My only complaint is about the bed… it was hanging in the middle and was really noise. Needs a new bed.

För oss var sängen lite för kort, tror sängen var endast 190 lång

"The location is beautifully landscaped, with lots of trees and flowers that brought in a variety of wildlife to view! We saw several beautiful birds and cute lizards. Tanja and Leo were extremely kind, welcoming, and accommodating! They provide a binder with plenty of information about the beaches, wildlife, and restaurants. We loved meeting the cats and dogs on the grounds! They were so cute and friendly. Renting a vehicle was easy and allowed us to visit nearby beaches with ease. The outdoor shower was refreshing and beautiful."

There is no air-conditioning, so it could get hot, but it was managable enough. There is a ceiling fan, and if the bathroom door is open, it allows for a lovely breeze. The net for mosquitos is helpful, but we found we needed to supplement with additional bug spray and a citronella candle. All in all, it was not too bad, and it was definitely managable!
