"No breakfast facilities but options all around and we were visiting with family in town so not necessary. The location was great and quiet right on Highway 15 in Smiths Falls."

"We were welcomed with our golden retriever onboard. Murdoch loved the grass and trees out back to sniff and run. Location is close to food, stores and gas. Rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable. Fridge and microwave were in great condition."

"No breakfast.A coffeemaker in the room and lot of fast food restaurants nearby. There is a fridge. The grocery store and WalMart are close. Everything on the ground floor with lots of property for children and animals to play."
"There was a problem with the heating on our last day and we were offered another room but we chose to open the windows. There were smokers in the next room who were out and about smoking every few hours day and night using their remotes to get in and out of their car to smoke. The bedskirts are metal and are very loud if you happen to touch them."
"I liked how spacious it was. I enjoyed the fire place and the jacuzzi. The bed was comfy and they even had two super comfy blankets! It was lovely."
