"My son and I spent three weeks traveling around Puerto Rico and this was a wonderful addition to our trip. I love Pitahaya's focus on sustanability and eco traveling, the exclusion of single use water bottles (BRAVO) and attention to composting and recycling. This is something rarely seen on the island and greatly needed. The mattress in the tent was very comfortable and I absolutely loved showing under the stars. A great way to camp if you are unable to bring your personal camp gear or are simply looking for a more comfortable camping experience."

The main light in our tent would only last for a few seconds. We weren't aware that it was motion activated and that made it challenging to play board games and read at night.

"Great stay in the desert. Very pleasure and helpful staff, that cars about you very nice. Just be in peace. Great location near the dunes, but away from the biggest camps."

"Tolles Erlebnis, mega Sonnenaufgang. Tatsächlich bequemer als erwartet. Der Bäcker um Frühstück zu besorgen ist nur 1 Minute entfernt."

Die Ablage am Kopfende war nicht sauber ( tote Fliegen , Sand) , eine der LED Kerzen funktionierte nicht. Wir hatten uns zum Glück eine Lichterkette mitgebracht. Das sollte bei dem Preis doch schon der Fall sein.

"This is a great example how a passionate and lovely host turns a simple but beautiful accomodation into a five star place, in harmony with the surrounding nature. We loved every moment here and definitely want to come back."

"Det var ett otroligt härligt ställe med väldigt god mat, supermysigt att hänga där på dagarna och kvällen. Härligt med utflykt till Ile au cerf med fin snorkling och fantastiska, lugna stränder. Kul med kajakpaddling, titta på vattenfall och apor. Barnen gillade också att det fanns så mkt aktiviteter."

"Nice place by the river and mountains in the middle of nature, double room with the shower and toilet. Friendly staff."

Not a problem with the campsite: there is 8 km unpaved road only to this place.

"It’s was perfect for me. The full experience from booking process, finding the location, meeting with the people responsible for the place. Great kitchen and accommodations. Super confy. Very quite with an amazing view. You can see the stars reflections on the lake. Fish made by Vincent was mmmm. Delicious. What else, Oh!! Learning more about the lake and people living around was an amazing experience. The place was built with love and harmony with the nature around. If you need a place to recharge- I highly recommend this one."

"There is nothing quite like this amazing experience. Completely alone in the desert in a beautifully designed, spacious tent. The setup is stylish and comfortable, and waking up to nothing but sand dunes in every direction is pretty hard to beat. Meals are driven out to you across the desert, with camels and goats wandering over to say hello, sunrise from the bed. At night, you can see a sky full of stars. It was truly magical"

"Our stay was amazing! The staff was super nice, they organized a transfer from Lompoul sur Mer to the location, they came with us to the beach and played football together with mbalax, then they came with us to the nearby desert and helped us organize a cab to Dakar airport. The food was also really good. Overall it has been an excellent stay!"
