"Mycket bra läge, nära till allt. Trevlig personal och bra service. Bekvämt med shuttle service till liftarna"

"Extremely nice staff, very convenient and great private chauffeur for the ski lifts. Flexible with our requests, amazing breakfast and well equipped spa!"

"Everything was amazing"

"Has everything you could want for a comfortable break in a first class ski resort. The best thing is the service and being able to be driven to the slopes, having them pick up and return hire skis etc"

"The only small issue we had was a leak coming from the room above, but the hotel handled it excellently including giving us 2 free cocktail vouchers"

"The staff were amazing ! The concierge, Salomé was extremely helpful and kind. The two van drivers were also great and so kind to us and our young daughter."

"Location, helpful staff, tidiness, style, shuttle to and from the lifts"

"Small ski room, limited breakfast options"

"The service here is exceptional—some of the best I have ever experienced at a hotel like this. The location is perfect for the town, and the shuttle service is incredibly efficient; they drove us to the lifts and picked us up within 5 minutes every time we called. They even went above and beyond by returning our group's hire gear and getting my skis serviced for me. The spa was another highlight, and we particularly loved the fun touch of being able to knock on the window from the hot tub to order a beer!"

"Nothing to report—the stay was excellent and exceeded our expectations in every way."

"I enjoyed everything about both the facility and the services offered. The point I appreciated most was the kindness and great willingness of the staff to meet our requests. It may sound trivial but it is hard to find a facility that is so flexible and ready to meet the needs of its clients."

"Excellent location, very define style and decoration very clean"

"Everything was perfect"

"Stylish hotel. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, going above and beyond to help us with information and reservations during our stay. The location was unbeatable: right in the city center of Verbier, close to restaurants, shops and the cable car."

"Breakfast was OK, but I was expecting more variety of food choices given the profile of the hotel. The bathroom lacked enough bathroom shelves. Lack of free parking spaces."

"Comfortable bed. Clean room. Great views other mountains. I've been upgraded the room. Friendly staff. They saw my heavy luggage and asked if I need a ride. They provided the service for free!"
