"Personal var fantastisk- vi fick använda poolen hela dagen efter utcheckning och de bar upp våra väskor på rummet och medgav tidigare incheckning. Dessutom trevligt läge och bra rum."

"We had an amazing experience staying at this hotel. We were welcome by a very charming lady who made us feel so home in Switzerland. The room was very spacious, light, clean and equipped with everything we need. Sadly we did not have enough time to use their spa zone but I believe it would be nice as well. The hotel has a great location: 10 mins from the bus station and 5 mins walking distance from the main landmarks of the city. When we checked out we needed to leave our bags in the hotel and the girl on the reception was extremely helpful and allowed us to leave it there. Her name was Icetea and I would really want to say a huge THANK YOU to the whole staff of the hotel. I can totally recommend staying there if you are in Lucern."

"It was clean, located in the city centre it’s very easy to get to the train station. The staff there were very friendly and helpful. We were offered the traffic day pass even is walkable to everywhere～"

"Cosy and perfect location close to the center of old city. Extremely friendly hosts. Additional benefit is warm sauna, small outdoor pool and whirlpool hot tube. Thank you, guys!"

"Superb location. We popped in and out of the hotel all day on our walks around. Room had everything we needed including a kettle with tea. Lovely comfy bed, pillows and soft towels in the bathroom. Didn't get chance to use the sauna etc so will have to go back. Lounge area in reception was very comfy where quality coffee or tea was available free of charge. Staff were super friendly and welcoming with wealth of knowledge a d spoke English Fluently."
