"AC:n fungerade inte men det funkade ändå eftersom det inte var så varmt. Så vi tog aldrig upp det med hotellet. De fick alltså aldrig någon chans att fixa. Men det drar ju ändå ner betyget att saker som förväntas funka inte gör det."

"Very helpful and friendly staff. I arrived the hotel at 8am in the morning and the staff still allowed me to check-in. Room is spacious, clean, and tidy. Nice bed and powerful showerhead. Perfect location right next to Zurich HB."

"WiFi is sometimes unstable. Breakfast is fair, not many choices for the buffet. There are some refurbishment works in the hotel but I guess it's temporary, not a big deal. Everything else is perfect."

"It’s not very sound insulated, you hear every noise in the hallway - there was some works taking place outside my room (only during the day so not too bad)"
