"Very nice breakfast with several options and a nice atmosphere. A wood oven made it even more beautiful during the cold days. The staff was wonderful and the owner's dog was definetly a plus :-) The location is great !"

"Ett enkelt men bra hotell. Läget är utmärkt. 5 min promenad ner till havet och ytterligare 5 min till "centrum". De två utflykterna hotellet erbjuder är mycket bra och billiga. Skall du bara åka på en skall du åka på Hotu Matau. Det är den som visar alla intressanta Maoi-platser. Den andra är mest grottor och utsiktsplats. Guiden är mycket bra."

"Die Guides vom Explora Team waren sehr fachkundig und freundlich. Besonders Aida und Palu, sowie Israel. Ebenso der Empfang von Kate war sehr herzlich und der Service von Kevin sehr persönlich insbesondere für Änderungen bei der Speisenauswahl. Die Poolanlage ist ein Traum, ebenso die Sternwarte. Die Ausflüge in die umliegende Natur sind wunderschön. Schöne Trinkflasche als Andenken."

"spacious appartment with a big balcony, right in from of the access to the metro station. supermarket round the corner, fast food and nice restaurants very close. full kitchen facilities. the air conditioner is a little small during hot days. security at the entrance 24 hours and quite vigilant. a big walk in closet and slidedoor to close the bedroom from lounge area."

"Modern hotel recently renovated. good restaurant and a small bar within the premises. Buffet breakfast with real black coffe, fresh bread and scrambled eggs and sausages. The natural yogurt with berries and granola was great too. This is one of the few good hotels in Puerto Montt in my opinion. It is located in quiet residential neighbourhood, close to city center and the main supermarket and shopping center. You can go walking but it is a hill in the way back to the hotel so i recommend call a taxi or get an uber. Clean and modern bathroom. Good quality of pillows (something important to me)."
