The only 'negative' is that there is currently construction going on next door, so you can hear some building noises from time to time. But it is very nearly finished, so won't be a problem for long.

If it is to serve for self-catering, it needs a place for sitting down to eart. A nice easy chair for reading or watching TV will also be a good addition. It is not always nice to sit in bed to do that.

This is very small issue, it was advertised as having great beers but the selection was v limited. The owners don’t want to put air-conditioning in which we understand. But the fan in the room was not very efficient because the flow of Air was deflected by the mosquito netting hoop. Perhaps if the fan could be relocated it would have more of an effect?
