First night had some very noisy drunk neighbours playing crappy music at 3am .. I think the staff need to be stricter on that..

Falta orientacion para los huespedes que recien llegan, a fin de saber proactivamente si requerimos de algo, calidad de servicio al cliente.

"Det här boendet var så mysigt!! Det var en perfekt blandning av allt: god mat, massa lärdomar, fina utsikter, vänliga människor etc. Juans familj var den finaste någonsin och vi tänker på dom fortfarande varje dag haha"

"The hotel is perfect! Best in Pucallpa. Spotlesly clean, large rooms, king bed.Beautiful bathroom. Seems very new. Large and very beautiful swimming pool. Very nice breakfast. Staff always very kind and ready to help. Highly recommended! This is an oasis in a busy city. Seems like a different world."
The only thing that I did not like was the loud music coming from the pool bar. But every time when I asked, it was kindly turned down. Also, I find 11am too late for pool to be accessible. Would have liked to swim before breakfast.

"Atención magnifica. Gran relación calidad-precio. Desayuno muy bueno. Habitaciones cómodas y amplias. Sobretodo destaco la amabilidad de las personas que trabajan y sus dueños. Muy gentiles y facilitan muchísimo todo."
