"Sehr nettes Personal, insbesondere der Guide, der dort lebt und Führungen anbietet, sehr empfehlenswert. Der Raum war geräumig und sauber, es gab einen Ventilator und eine Klimaanlage"
"Unsere columbianischen Nachbarn haben leider nachts viel Lärm gemacht, es ist etwas hellhörig. Ohrstöpsel und Schlafbrille sind von Vorteil. Wichtig: auf Google Maps oder Waze unbedingt den Namen Soda y Sunrise eingeben, sonst landet man mitten im Urwald!"

"Alonso è un ottimo host, già da prima che arrivassimo a Drake è stato sempre disponibile nella chat per qualsiasi dubbio o aiuto di cui avessimo bisogno. Lo stesso è stato durante il nostro soggiorno al Sunrise. Le stanze sono dotate di tutti i servizi essenziali e necessari. Inoltre, di fianco alle camere, c'è un Soda gestito dalla moglie di Alonso, la quale ci ha preparato dei piatti tipici davvero squisiti, in più lei è dolce e attenta ad ogni cosa. Abbiamo trascorso due notti eccezionali, è stato bello aver conosciuto la loro famiglia e Chase, il loro piccolo cane."

"L'accueil très chaleureux de Yesenia et Alonso. Restauration sur place avec des repas de qualité et variés pour des prix raisonnables. 15mn à pied de la plage et des départs en bateaux pour les excursions proposées. Ambiance familiale."

"Snabb kommunikation, trevlig restaurang med väldigt god mat. Tillgång till kök att använda om man vill laga egen mat. Nära havet och dykcenter som vi hade bokat dykning med. Supertrevlig personal när vi checkade in men under vistelsen träffade vi även annan personal i receptionen som inte var lika tillmötesgående."

"A great villa located near the river. The pool was amazing, and the territory is very beautiful and well-maintained. We saw many animals around the villa during our stay: toucans, agoutis, hummingbirds, a Jesus lizard and various birds. It was wonderful to learn many interesting facts about the local wildlife from the friendly hosts. They also gave us great recommendations on places to visit and organized excursions for us. We really liked them: river tour, coconut tour and night tour. All of them are highly recommended."

"Enjoyed everything here! Clean room with AC and friendly staff. Lodges are at the ‘end’ of the town (which is still only a 2mins walk from the centre) so I enjoyed the quiet here at night. Breakfast is good. The pool indeed is in the ‘hotel’ next door but you just gotta walk 50meters so I don’t see why people complain about it. In the average european hotel you gotta walk longer from your room to the pool. Humidity in the rooms is a thing indeed, but that’s just because of the weather. If you use the AC (which has drying mode too) it’s just fine."

"First impression of the accomodation is not one of coziness because it is somewhat dark inside. However it certainly has all the basic needs, was clean and with good working airco. We were in contact with Brandon as a represensative of the owner and as a local guide, and he has been very helpful from the moment we arrived in Pavona and troughout our entire stay. Arranging the transfer, welcoming us at the dock of Tortuguero accompanying us to the accomodation and offering a variety of excursions."

"This "casita" is really in the nature. It's a wooden house, the host is really helpful. We have common breakfasts with kolibries, colored small birds, tucans, somethimes the monkeys were also on close trees. :-) In addition, there were NO mosquitos."
