Beta Pension

"Området vid pension Beta var mer aktivt innan pandemin enligt receptionisterna. Det var fler resturanger, cafeer och små hotell. Det är enkelt att åka spårvagn till och från Pension Beta. Tyvärr har de ännu inte börjat servera frukost på pension Beta igen efter pandemin. Det finns ett cafe precis runt hörnet som serverar utmärkt frukost. Det finns flera utmärkta museer i Prag. Illusionsmuseet och Kingdom of Railway är ett annat. Fyra bra resturanger är: Garden's restaurant, Vodičkova, Prag, Výtopna Railway Restaurant - Vaclav Namesti (St Wenceslas Square), Gruzie Restaurant, Bílkova, Prag 1-Staré Město, Prag och Riva Gyros + Palanok Restaurant, Svobodova 11, Prag"

"Sängen var i mitt tycke lite för hård. Och att folk stod utanför porten till Pension Beta och rökte. Det är irriterande. Vi hade gärna haft en lös fläkt uppe på rummet på 2 våning i och med att det var rejält varmt under vår vistelse i Prag, 35-38 grader Celsius. Nu öppnade vi fönstret i vårt rum och fönstret i allrummet/sällskapsrummet för att få korsdrag och få luften att fläkta, så att temperaturen blev mer lagom och levbar till natten."

"The hotel is a few steps away from the tram stop which made it very easy to move around safely, the man at the reception was nice and always helpful and the room had a fridge and a kettle as well and it looked recently renovated although the outside of the hotel looked more dated. It was perfect for my stay."

"It's quiet, comfortable and convenient for Weba to travel because it's close to the bus station."

"The hotel is not located in the center but there's two tramways lines that reach the city-center from this hotel so that's quite convenient. Moreover, the staff is really friendly, they speak a good English and they can recommend you things to see in the city. The room was perfect, very clean and there was everything we needed (except shampoo maybe)."

"The close location to the main attrations. One could easily walked to the attractions. However it is situated next to the different public transport systems. The cleaning staff was great. I was lying in bed for 2 days witg flu and they still changed the towels and put out toilet paper."

"The rooms are small, BUT you only sleep there, the rest of the day you are on the streets. So it defenately did not bother us."

"The location of the hotel was ideal, barely 20 minutes from the centre with many trams able to get you there. The outside of the hotel may not seem grand, but the rooms are the total opposite, the beds extremely comfortable and soft, and a perfect value for money. We had excellent communication with the staff (they even gave us more coffee and tea bags when we kindly asked if possible) and enjoyed our stay very much. There is also a pot in the room and a fridge!"

"I wish there was breakfast, but we understand it had to be removed from the hotel’s facilities for reasons out of their control. Everything else was perfect!!"

"This place is a surprise. The room itself is clean and nice for overnight. I would not want to stay several days there."

"The area is not great and the house itself is a little scary but do not run away, the room is really clean and in good condition. The place rules are more of a dormitory style. Cannot have guests and if so, they need to leave their ID at the reception - not acceptable."

"Nice room and a nice and fresh bathroom. The beds were really hard but they had the worlds best pillows, so we slept well. The room had a minifridge, and a small coffee/tea station. A bit outside of the centre of town but the tram stops right outside so we had no problems getting anywhere."

"There are trams on one side and trains on the other side of the building, so it was very noisy. Luckily we had a fan in the room so we could close the windows. Probably wouldnt work in the summer."

"Basic room , but very clean and everything we needed as a good base to get around Prague. Very close to the tram system which made for easy travelling, some people may complain about the noise of the road/trams but we weren't affected at all. Staff were so so friendly and helpful, would definitely stay again, good value for money."
