"Great staff, always proactively helping, very attentive, super friendly. The food is also very delicious - breakfast offering was great and there were milk alternatives for coffee. Special thanks to Vivek who was seamlessly managing the restaurant during our stay. Dinner menu had a few great options to choose from - we enjoyed the pike crunch fries!"
"When the temperatures dropped, our river facing room got really cold and uncomfortable at night despite the in-room heating - however the staff immediately offered us a portable heater when we flagged this. So glad :)"

"The hotel was clean and warm. Staff friendly and the room was comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. The location was good. Not too central so the city noises would disturb us and at the same time handy for a tram into the centre. There is a swimming pool very close and a great riverside walk into town. Our room had a river view (recommended option) with a peaceful outlook."
