"This is a wonderful hotel in an amazing location. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the staff are all very helpful and friendly and did everything they could to make our stay as comfortable as possible."

"The views and the architecture were amazing. The food at the restaurant was excellent. Nice bathroom. Location was great… we did a 12km hike around the mountain in the crater."

"Great location. The Ocean view room was confortable and clean. Beautiful view of the malecon.Very good breakfast buffet with a big selection of national and international food. The Staff was very efficient and helpful."

"The staff were extremely attentive from the moment that we arrived. There is a 24 front desk person. Security with a keypad outside. They would see us coming and open the door for us. There is plenty of hot water and great towels. The mattresses extremely comfortable. In addition, it is handicap friendly with ramps and railings and something on the cement so that you don’t slip and fall!!! Free bottled water in the room and free water available in the common area. There are elevators which are a must. The free breakfast includes eggs cooked your way in addition to fruit, granola and yogurt, toast. As well as a couple of other hot dishes. The coffee was delicious and tea was available too. All in all I rate our stay five stars. We live in Ecuador so will be back to stay again. Thank you for your fantastic customer service and your awesome staff!"

"Handy to bus stops and restaurants and s great bake/bread shop in front. The security is super and the people running it really nice. I like that they have soft towels and a bath mat in each room. All the extra touches to make it homey. Also there is a great laundry mat right next door. I have stayed there several times.(lol at the hostel. Not the laundry mat)"
