Central Hotel är liggande i ett avkopplande område i centrala Narva. Hotellet har en egen avgiftsbelagd parkering och ett garage för sina gäster. Byggnaden uppfördes åt borgmästaren i slutet av 1800-talet och omvandlades till vistelseort år 2002. Hotellet har en öppen terrass, 2 bastur och en internetterminal på tredje våningen. Baren serverar morgonbuffé på morgonen, och på kvällen erbjuds en à la carte-meny. Central Hotel ligger bara 300 meter från Narva slott och Narvafloden. Från hotellet bjuds du på vacker panorama över floden och Ivangorods fästning på den ryska flodbanken.
