"Mycket mysig atmosfär i hotellet och restaurangen. Som att bo i ett hembygdsmuseum! Bra restaurang."

"Jag gillade att det var annorlunda inredning och små trevliga detaljer. Tyckte om att vi hade egen liten terass och ingång och att det fanns kylskåp på rummet. Var också relativt nära gångavstånd in till stan och alla sevärdheter. Stort plus var även gratis parkering vilket var en av orsakerna till att vi valde hotellet"
"Personalens engelska kunskaper och bemötande. Kunde vart mera serviceinriktat. Hade även uppskattat litet Basic information på en lapp på rummet tex med frukosttider och info om hotellet och telefonnumror etc. Sängen var också väldigt mjuk och i vår smak alltför mjuk"

"As a 1st contact I really liked that Hansa Hotel contacted me to ask if we would like to have separate beds (as I was sharing rooms with my daughter). I think it was really thoughtful :) As we are history enthusiasts we appreciated the unique interior design and artifacts. Everything was clean and staff was friendly. There were many busses to the center right next to the Hansa Hotel. Breakfast was great."
