"Such a beautiful place! Perfect to relax the spirit. We enjoyed our stay amidst the beautiful palm trees, at night the sky is like a blanket of stars. The food was excellent, real Egyptian. We toured their 100% organic farm, learned about all the natural products they produce, met the animals and gawked at the beautiful vistas. After an amazing lunch, we helped harvest coffee cherries, then ground and roasted them for a delicious cup of Cafe Intag. For the evening, we harvested yuca, and made "pan de yuca" over the wood fire before settling into another delicious meal. In the morning we got to see where the women of the community harvest aloe vera and process it into natural cosmetics. The whole weekend was a lesson in biodynamic agriculture and generosity from a wonderful family living remotely in the beautiful Intag Valley! Don't hesitate to visit this Finca!"

There is no place to get fresh tea or coffee at the accommodation or in the village unless you bring your own. A very small inconvenience because there is a great restaurant next to the monastery a few minutes drive away.

"The finest stay in a traditional building surrounded by vineyards. Mr Elizbar's warm character made for a truly wonderful time. I enjoyed traditional house made georgian wines. Especially clay pot wines were so good!"

"Jovan is located by the river, and you can feel totally immersed in nature. The house even has swings outside and a volleyball net! We were given bikes to use and a big outdoor cooker and table. The house is really set up for use to enjoy the outdoors as much as possible, and our host even offered to take us fishing if we wanted. Inside, the house is clean and comfortable and very large for what we paid. We also loved the log burner! Overall we loved staying at Jovan and the kindness of our hosts."
