Hotel Immalanjärvi is set in a historic 1930s building, formerly a military medical unit. We preserve the authentic, ascetic style of Finnish functionalism with a focus on spotless cleanliness and a quiet atmosphere. Set a 10-minute drive from central Imatra, this guest house offers free parking, an outdoor BBQ area and direct access to bicycle paths and ski tracks. Imatra Balneoterapi Resort is a 20-minute drive away. Free WiFi is available. The basic rooms at Immalanjärvi include a flat-screen TV, wardrobe and small fridge, as well as bed linen and towels. "Rent, extremt lugnt och tyst, välutrustad kök och rymligt rum. Väldigt prisvärt. Stannade två nätter och träffade inga andra människor (personal eller gäster) under min vistelse så fick verkligen "vara i fred"."
"Kändes lite "spooky" att jag inte träffade några andra personer (personal eller gäster) under hela min vistelse. Undrade först om jag hade kommit i rätt ställe när det var så tomt. All kommunikation med personalen/värdarna sköttes digitalt. Om jag inte hade haft en egen bli, skulle det varit mycket svårare att ta sig till och från boendet."

"The hotel is ex army hospital, built in 1937. It is clean and in good condition. The building includes many authentic architectural details like floor tiles, lamps, doors, kitchen cupboards etc. No breakfast service, but good self-service kitchen. A small supermarket is in walking distance."

"The place was clean and very quiet and peaceful. The Kitchen was spacious and had all the needed appliances. Beds were queen size and a TV and a good sized fridge were there in the room. The toilet and showers were clean and working but a bit old. The host accommodated our request for an early check in, by three hours, which we appreciated a lot."
