"The location is excellent—close to many key sites, yet quiet at night. The room is spacious, with strong water pressure and effective heating in both the room and bathroom."
"Knowing that we were going to stay for 2 days. They could've given us one nespresso coffee pod per day instead of just one for the entire stay. Just a small detail. Other than that, everything was great!"

"Upon arriving we had many questions, like why only 1 review is posted, why the building looks so strange, why the area is deserted, is it a safe area, is it easy to get into town, etc. But the worries were in vain. It is a really nice apartment, the area is very calm in summer because many students live there, everywhere is very clean and green! The apartment is renovated and the owners really care about it. We had much comfort in having 3 bedrooms, parking and kitchen fully equipped. It is very easy to get into town by public transport. Please stay there if you want to visit Rouen. I recommend this apartment!"

"Everything was new and very clean. Bathroom was spacious and well equipped. There was a lovely big balcony with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside and the pool was excellent. It was also just a short walk into the centre of town and the nearest supermarket was just around the corner. Jean-Marc was incredibly helpful and very friendly!"
