"Easy safe free parking. The balcony is great and a cooler spot in the afternoon. Small spaces and just the 1studio room-balcony a bonus- but for the price accept it for what it costs as budget."

"The location is great for visiting the city of Angers on foot. Free parking in a large carpark 5 minutes walk away across the river, and free street parking outside at certain times of day. Lots of space for 4 people. We did not cook, but there is a kitchen. Comfortable sofa, and decent TV. Bathroom is fine. Excellent value for money for a group of 4 people, and the host was super helpful with good communication and suggestions of places to go. The apartment feels like you are staying in somebodies home, as there are a lot of personal effects, and a bit of a "student" vibe. I would stay here again."
