"We loved everything about Lou Calen! The owners are fabulous, kind and hospitable. The B&B is quaint, comfortable - what we call ‘brilliant basics’. The views are to die for, it’s so quiet and the swimming poool added a little luxe. It’s so reasonable priced and the perfect based to hope around the surrounding hilltop towns and villages. A slighter older crowd (we’re 30) but it didn’t matter, if anything it had def to the charm. Would stay again."

"Charming and kind hostess Noémie who messaged us about midday to say the apartment was ready for us to check in any time. Such a lovely change from the inflexible hosts who have late check-ins and will not accommodate an earlier arrival at a reasonable time. The apartment was tiny but functional and had an inner courtyard which was very secure for our bikes. Great location within easy walking distance of town and restaurants."

"The Gite was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Our host, Sandra met us and showed us around. The supermarket was directly opposite so that was a bonus and it was about 15 min walk into town. Quite a few restaurants and cafes in town with a local market on Wednesdays."

"Apart from not having a bread knife (at least we never found one), the property was very well-equipped throughout with a comprehensive range of cooking equipment. The location was excellent - only a 5 minute walk from the beach and harbour and only 3 minutes or so to St. Raphael railway station with good connections to Toulon, Cannes, Antibes, Nice and Monaco. The shower was good."
