"De uitbaters waren heel fijn en behulpzaam, we waren zelf te laat met het bevestigen van onze Booking maar toch hebben ze ons de avond zelf nog ontvangen en ontbijt voor ons voorzien. Het ontbijt was trouwens heel lekker en uitgebreid."

"O local é simplesmente excepcional. Toda a decoração dos quartos é lindíssima. A cama e a banheira são super confortáveis e com todos os amenities de um hotel de luxo. O café da manhã completíssimo com opções variadas a cada dia, sempre deliciosas! Philip e Anne são pessoas carismáticas, gentis e fazem de tudo para agradar! Nos fizeram sentir em casa e estavam sempre disponíveis para nos ajudar. Por mais Annes e Philips pelo mundo. Eden’Roc é uma experiência indispensável para quem ama as montanhas."

"Struttura immersa nel verde dell'Alsazia, molto pulita, molto accogliente, arredata con gusto. La camera ha accesso diretto a un giardino nel quale ogni tanto è possibile vedere cerbiatti in libertà. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, i padroni di casa sono stati molto gentili, disponibili e accoglienti!"

"We booked at an hour's notice, after arriving in Espelette to find that the accommodation we had previously reserved elsewhere wasn't suitable. Once we got in contact the owner (who was out of town) and the manager on site were extremely helpful and kind (despite our dreadful French - sorry!) and took us in. We could not have been more relieved as our small ensuite room was delightful: beautifully furnished, comfortable and charming. Breakfast was brought to the room and was delicious. Secure parking on site. Merci beaucoup!"

"A freshly, fully renovated cottage, done to the very highest of standards and with everything thought of, including privacy. This property boasts a wealth of features and comfort, with everything you could possibly ever need on hand. A short walk to the centre of Tours and the Place Plumereau, making everything really convenient. All told, a very pleasurable stay"

"The location was perfect for accessing Disneyland Paris and the nearby train station for trains into Paris, once we'd eventually worked out how to buy tickets! The loft conversion was great and allowed our three children to share a room with space to play - gutted I didn't have time to use the gym equipment fully. Lovely garden and once again not enough spare time to use it though as we were pretty busy with our plans. The little football court and river nearby was nice and we found time for a little kick about. The owner was very responsive and helpful with our queries and when they popped round they helped us with planning our travel plans. The owner took our empty glass for us to the disposal which is much appreciated."

"Loved the pool, it was fabulous and the grounds are gorgeous. A really beautiful place to stay, lovely decor. The fact that our room was air conditioned was a real bonus and the access to a pool makes it a really great place to stay and relax. I don't think every room has air conditioning though!"
