"Superb location. The apartment is in a new building with views over a sports facility within walking fistance of the old town and train station. The apartment is beautifully designed, fresh, modern with excellent facilities. We highly recommend it for a relaxing stay in Saint Malo"

"The location of apt. is very convenient and the apartment is new and well designed. The bed is comfortable and the shower is strong. Communication with the owner was helpful and responsive."

"There was supposed to be a dedicated parking spot but it was always occupied by another car. Parking on street is possible but not always available."

"Le logement est propre bien pensé et bien décoré, le propriétaire est disponible pour que tout se passe pour le mieux. C’est bien isolé donc nous n’avons pas été dérangés par les voisins. La literie est de qualité. Le logement est bien placé vis à vis du zoo de Beauval mais aussi des principaux châteaux de la Loire et du Cher."

"Very clean and modern, well appointed with everything you need and the aircon was perfect. Plenty of parking spaces’ nice and safe. Good location for Dax if you like being outside the bustle of the city’ a couple of nice bars in the village and a new Aldi over the road."
