"Lovely mountain village hotel & restaurant. Rooms are fully refurbished & very comfortable. Good communication with the owner when we realised we might arrive late due to TdF traffic on the mountain roads. Excellent evening meal & breakfast served by friendly staff."
"Whilst the owner was multi-lingual, friendly & welcoming she was somewhat hard-pressed, the staff appeared to speak only Spanish (Cuban?) not having even the basics of English or French. Despite this we enjoyed our stay in this beautiful mountain village."
"Small local hotel in the heart of Mercantour national park. Beautiful scenery, pristine small village, peace and quiet, good food... my husband said it is an ideal place to clear your head. Amenities in the hotel are basic but completely sufficient if you're not looking for deluxe comfort."
"As our stay was in July, it was very hot - the room had no air conditioning and did not cool down in the evening, so we found it quite hard to get a good night's sleep. Otherwise no specific downsides."

"Very nice staff. Fan in the room as it was getting really hot. Not too far from Puy-du-Fou attractions park"
"For the money this can't be beaten. You get what you pay for, but as long as you understand this, there's no disappointment to be had. Room was small, but I've had smaller. Sparse, but not problematically so. Bathroom was functional. No nice soaps or anything. Oh, the hot water was too tepid for a shower. Still, it was perfect for me, on a straight in and out visit to Paris for functional reasons only. No complaints from me."
