"The property is in a quiet, peaceful lane and the property has lots of unique pieces that have been repurposed - such as a Bic pen shop display stand now housing goldfish and plants! Our host, Vincent, is a lovely friendly man with lots of stories, very good English and a tremendous chef! We dined in one night and the food was spectacular - a 3 course menu with drinks as well. It was top restaurant quality and very reasonable."

"The accommodation was wonderful, situated in a stunning location. The place offered a large garden with direct access to the beach. Although the beach is a mix of sand and stones, it is often almost empty, providing a private experience. Nevertheless, there are beautiful long sandy beaches just a 10-minute drive away, offering more opportunities for relaxation and exploration. The property's furnishings and amenities are really tasteful. The view of the sea is captivating and never gets old. We didn't miss anything at all. We spent eleven days there with our two children (12 and 16 years old) and a dog and our stay was filled with joy, relaxation, and unforgettable memories. We didn't lack anything during our time there and we hope to return to this amazing place!"

"Overall it's a nice accomodation for a couple of nights. The location is great, in Nice old town, you can find anything you need close by. A well-equipped, newly renovated room for its size. The communication with the host was smooth, he was very helpful and nice."

"The Apartment was in an excellent location, close to metro stations, shops, restaurants & bars. Everything was literally on your doorstep. The apartment was quiet, bright, modern & clean with plenty of room for 3 people. There was a lift just before the stairs which was a total bonus, especially with luggage. We really enjoyed our time sitting at the breakfast bar having a glass of wine with the french windows open, it really does feel like living as a Parisian for a short time. The host is absolutely excellent, not only did he accommodate our early arrival but was very helpful with information & tips regarding the surrounding area. We really appreciated how he went out of his way to ensure everything went well for us. Would highly recommend this apartment for it's ambience & location!"

"Spacious and comfortable apartment, in a very quiet area! It was very clean, and it's equipped with everything you may need for a few days' stay as well as for a longer stay. All of our needs were met and the communication with the staff was great! There is a bus stop right outside the apartment that connects you with the metro, and the RER line A is within a 15-minute walk. There's also a supermarket nearby as well as some restaurants (10 minutes walk). It's highly recommended!"
