"The location is second to none. The room was excellent. The friendliness of the male member is staff ( I’m so so sorry I can’t remember his name but think he was the owner) was above and beyond and so accommodating."
"The hot tub that we were so excited about was out of action for our last two days and we were only there for 4! Very disappointed as when it was rubbing it was superb. The female staff member ( again so sorry, don’t know her name or position) who was supposed to be serving us for breakfast didn’t even try to ask us for our breakfast options. We had to go and ask for coffee and hot options and I have to say she wasn’t impressed or happy when we did ask. As the days went on she improved somewhat but, I didn’t like to ask for anything and that’s including what was supposed to be included. Also, the wine prices are quite high but to be fair the wine was excellent."
"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly loved the atmosphere. The people and the owners are absolutely amazing — so warm, kind, and genuinely caring. I was traveling alone and felt incredibly comfortable and welcome the whole time. Everyone was so helpful, which meant a lot to me, especially since this was my very first ski trip. The food was delicious, the beds were super soft and cozy, and everything just felt easy and pleasant. The ski-to-door option was fantastic — even as a complete beginner, I found it very convenient and enjoyable. Overall, such a lovely experience. I felt taken care of and had a great time. Highly recommended!"
"Not a negative at all, just a small note for first-time guests: during winter the hotel can only be reached by cable car. As a beginner, I didn’t fully realize this in advance, although it turned out to be very convenient and not an issue at all. Perhaps this could be highlighted a bit more in the description for newcomers."

"The apartment has everything you need and is spacious enough for two. It's in a great location, right in the center of Chamonix, yet quiet. The view from the balcony is stunning. The host is very kind and always willing to help. Previous guests have reported shower issues and a bad smell, but we didn't experience any of that. For Chamonix, the price is excellent."

The child-friendly dog and the support and tips for our regional excursions to Paris and the Asterix Park made our stay a great experience. We would love to come back :-)"

"This little historic hotel is amazing. Smack in the center of things we had a fabulous room (room #6). large clean, with a big shower and a super huge balcony where we can have meals in peace and quiet. Really appreciated the little fridge and cafe area so we can enjoy cold drinks etc. I have nothing to say about this. Great value for money. My son forgot his coat in the room and the hotel shipped it to us immediately and arrived with no issues. Thank you!"

We accidentally left a bag in the car park and it was handed in and the hotel arranged for collection........great service from the staff."
