"Our family loved the swimming pool and pétanque and the view from up the hill. The caretaker on site when we arrived was super helpful and the surroundings were very peaceful. For us this was the perfect stopover on a long drive back and made this part of the drive feel more like part of the holiday still, rather than a chore"

We only stayed one night transiting from the UK to the Alps, but would happily have stayed longer. "This place was perfectly situated for a stopover en route to the Alps, with a taste of French culture that you don't get at the Ibis. Not a particularly picturesque area, but served our practical needs being close to the motorways, having secure parking and a 5 minute drive to a range of restaurants for dinner. The host recommended a fantastic restaurant nearby. It's a quirky, artistic place with interesting artefacts everywhere and we found the dorm room very peaceful despite how close to the main road it is. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious breakfast with croissants and homemade jams!"
