"l'emplacement étai très calme , c'est ce que nous recherchions et surtout à proximité de la voie verte cyclable qui était un de nos objectif du séjour...A noter de nombreux restaurants et commerces à moins de trois Km. la maison était tout équipée tout était accessible. Ideal... Je recommande cet établissement"

"Une maison très bien équipée . Le jardin est très agréable, l’intérieur est très joliment décoré. C’est une maison typique avec des murs épais ce qui permet d’être au "frais" pendant les fortes chaleurs de l’été. L’emplacement est idéal,on peut aller à pied se promener le long du canal de Nivernais ; en voiture on est tout près des lacs et forêts du Morvan. C’est un lieu paisible et calme . La campagne quoi !Les commerces sont à 5 minutes en voiture."
"Peut-être informé que le réseau WiFi est faible .Par contre en données mobiles aucun souci. La télévision ne fonctionnait pas bien et rien en français mais on s’en passe très vite !"
"Maison isolée en campagne, idéale pour se reposer et se promener. Grand jardin avec ombre avec transats et table de picnic. Possibilités de visiter de nombreux sites."

"Nos costó localizarlo porque booking nos indicaba el ayuntamiento del pueblo de al lado como direccion de la casa y estaba a unos 3,,4 kmts ,, pero nos atendieron al telefono la propiedad mas tarde ,, pudimos solucionarlo"
"L'endroit est très calme au milieu des champs, mais la ville est tout près, on peut y aller à pied. La maison est très bien équipée et décorée, elle reste fraîche dans la journée. La veranda et la table dehors sont également très agréables. Nous avons apprécié la mise à disposition des capsules de café, sucre, thé.Il y a beaucoup de choses à visiter et de promenades à faire dans un rayon de 30 km. C'est exactement l'endroit qu'il nous fallait pour ces quelques jours,, nous recommandons."

"The location of the apartment was fantastic. Train station was literally 2 minutes away,buses also easily accessible into paris.Shops and restaurants a walking distance of less than 5mins .The comfort of the apartment bed/sofa bed. The cleanliness of the apartment also added to making the trip memorable and comfortable. We were met and greet upon arrival. Emails and whatsapp communication even before arrival were exchanged..Help us with directions to the flat and was only a phone call away when we needed help /questions on how to get round in Paris. Went the extra mile and am most grateful to celebrate and decorate the house before arrival for my son's 5th surprise birthday.There was cake,decorations, and even music to help make it perfect.I couldn't be more grateful and can't wait to visit again soonest.A very big thank you from Nathan,mum and I"

"I found the apartment to be in much better condition than I expected. At first, I was a bit skeptical because of the previous reviews, but everything turned out to be great. All appliances were in working order, the apartment was clean, and there were extra sets of bed linen and pillows available. The host sent all the necessary information, including the Wi-Fi code and check-in/check-out instructions, two days before our arrival. The location of the apartment is excellent – it’s right behind the Madeleine Church and within walking distance to everything. There are markets, bistros, and everything you might need very close by. There is an elevator, which is a big plus 👍🏻. When you wake up in the morning, you can see the sky – the apartment faces the light and feels bright. The building is secure. We were very satisfied with our stay."

"First of all, I liked the comfortable beds. I thought there should be only one sofa, but it appears there is a hidden bed. It was a pleasant surprise. The curtains were blacked out, so there was no light at all during the night. Coffee, tea, and cookies were available. The interior design is brilliant."

"Great location, right next to Brochant station and a pharmacy which happened to be useful. Also nice restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Apartment was clean and had all the essentials. Kitchen was basic but had what we needed. Beds were comfy. Everything was really clean, which was a key factor. Hosts were helpful and responsive."
