"Lugnt och fridfullt. Mysigt rum. Mycket trevlig och tillmötesgående värd, pratar bra engelska, mycket duktig kock! Ångrar att vi inte planerade in fler nätter där, istället för bara som "språngbräda" för vidare utforskning av västra Frankrike."

"Host Pierre was wonderful- he made us excellent 3 course suppers - worthy of a Michelin star- and using his wide knowledge of wine, paired them well with wines from the area. We felt safe and felt our bikes were safe too in his beautiful secure garden."

"Set amongst the vineyards of Bordeaux, a beautiful and peaceful setting. Great property and exceptional hosts. Hosts were extremely helpful and knowledgeable regarding the local area and places to visit. The food, especially the evening meals were amazing"

Laure is a most charming and knowledgeable hostess while Pierre is a creative culinary master. One should definitely have dinner there! Set about a 20 minute drive from Saint Emilion, L’ilot Vignes offers a relaxing and comfortable oasis from one’s daily visitation."
