The self-check-in was very handy as you can do it via a code coat to get the keys. also it’s possible to leave the keys in the key box so you don’t have to carry it around!"

"Electric heating kept room warm. Quiet safe location within walking distance of town centre and on bus route. Shops and restaurant nearby. Modern appliances including dish washer. Owner very helpful. When we reported a problem with the television it was fixed within 30 minutes. Also offered to do washing for us."

"It took a while to get to know how to operate the appliances. A folder of operating instructions would have been useful. Also a folder with information about local attractions and bus timetables would have been helpful."
