"Great location, close to the old city and beach, right by the train station, and walking distance from the Chagall and Matisse museums. Has an elevator (though there’s still one flight of stairs once you reach the top floor). There were lots of thoughtful touches, including a Nespresso machine (with pods), basic silverware/cookware, and a housekeeping kit with trash bags, sponge, and laundry and dish detergent. There is a good laundromat just around the corner. But above all, we greatly appreciated the flexibility of the property manager, Noan, with our very late arrival. We were already scheduled to check in late (around 10pm, for a small fee) but then our train from Paris was delayed several times leading us to arrive around 1:30 AM. Noan allowed us to do a self-check-in and only required us to pay 30€ for a key box, waiving the late check-in fee."

"The apartment is located in a good area, close to all the main attractions. Right next to the apartment there is a large shopping center, a supermarket and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The apartment itself is beautiful. The view alone is worth it. Watching Paris from the 30th floor is a pleasure that is hard to replace. Thank you to Jacques, who was always available and responsive. We had no problems during our stay, from check-in to check-out. We would love to return again."
